Responsibilities:
- Assemble and test wire harnesses and thermocouples to meet strict quality standards.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and schematics for accurate assembly.
- Utilize precision tools and equipment for wire cutting, stripping, and termination.
- Conduct routine inspections and troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes and efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to uphold safety standards.
- Document production activities and maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding quality and safety.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
- Proven experience in wire harness assembly and thermocouple manufacturing.
- Strong understanding of electrical components and wiring techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical specifications and blueprints.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
